Raise a concern regarding the IKEA supply chain
Raising concerns helps solve problems, take action, and improve. Staying silent can make things worse and create distrust. If you observe or experience misconduct, such as IWAY breaches, anywhere in the IKEA supply chain:
First, speak to a manager in the supplier organisation where the situation occurs, or use their reporting process.
If that’s not possible, use the IKEA Raise a Concern platform as a last resort, which can be found below.
