STRANDAD
STRANDAD table lamp spreads a soft, diffused light through its rice paper shade. Its round metal base takes up little room, making it easy to place. Complete with the floor lamp from the same series.

With the STRANDAD lamp, I aimed for simplicity, both in terms of design and to keep the price down. The lamp had to fit into a small package and be easy to assemble. We explored different materials and shapes and ended up with this almost non-existing build: simply a paper cylinder that elegantly diffuses the light, and a metal wire base that follows the shape of the shade. It turned out this is all you need to create a nice, ambient light atmosphere throughout the home.
