Crushed mustard seeds, mainly mixed with vinegar, salt and sugar. Serve with hot dogs or as added flavour to sauces or dressings.
Function/solution
A must on hot dogs
Mustard is known since 300 BC, but the first ones to truly appreciate it were the Romans. In the days of the Vikings it became popular in Sweden, but it didn't get its final breakthrough until the 50's - as a favourite hot dog topping. Mustard is made from crushed mustard seeds, mainly mixed with vinegar, salt and sugar. SENAP MILD (mild mustard) is typically Swedish, slightly sweeter then many other kinds. Serve it on hot dogs or use it in sauces and dressings.
